Hector Alanis moved to Colorado Springs in 1995 when his family was stationed at Ft. Carson. He has spent the last 26 years in Colorado, gaining knowledge of the local market. He graduated from the University of Phoenix in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in Management. His previous experiences and education led him to become a licensed real estate broker. In 2022 he was awarded to the top 18% of all realtors nationwide with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. He takes pride in helping people achieve home ownership. Hector has his Military Relocation Professional certification and is proud to assist all military service members. He is the President-elect of the upcoming NAHREP chapter in Southern Colorado.
