Also, consider the options of staging your home to improve the aesthetic appeal. These steps will prepare you to show your home to prospective buyers. Think if you were the buyer how would you want the home to look?

Your agent will discuss with you the best ways to market your home. Using professional photography your listing will be posted online to reach buyers. Working with your agent we will be able to tailor the best marketing methods for your sale.

As you receive offers from interested buyers your agent will help decide what to negotiate in the contract. Your agent can create a counter offer to get you the best possible option. Once an agreement has been made, you’ll go under contract.

Your agent will set up a home inspection as requested by the buyer. During this time there could be possible negotiations depending on the condition of your home.

The buyer’s lender will order to have the home appraised to determine its value. It is important to keep the house clean and well maintained for the appraisal appointment. The lender needs to know the home value to approve the buyers loan.

Make arrangements to have all your personal belonging moved out in time.

Your agent will explain and ensure that all the necessary documents are in order. Once everything is signed your home will be officially sold!
